Asset intake guide
1Scan the barcode
Point the camera at the asset's barcode or QR code.
2Take a photo
Snap the asset. It saves to your gallery so you can attach it in Notion.
On most phones the photo is saved automatically when you take it. If not, tap Save photo to gallery, then long-press the image → Save.
3Fill in the Notion row
Open the Asset Tracker, add a new row, and complete these:
- ✓Name — type a clear name (e.g. "Jetson Thor T5000 — Jasper")
- ✓Asset tag (Scan) — paste the code: —
- ✓Photo — attach the photo from your gallery
- ✓Location — set to SG Office or In Storage
- ✓Type & Status — optional, set if you know them
